Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a therapeutic approach used to treat individuals who have experienced trauma and distressing events. This technique involves bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, knee tapping or EMDR tappers, to help process traumatic memories and alleviate emotional distress, ultimately promoting healing and recovery.

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SPI) - Level 1

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy is an approach to therapy that recognizes the importance of the mind-body connection in processing and healing trauma. It focuses on helping individuals become more aware of physical sensations and bodily experiences to release and integrate traumatic memories and promote emotional well-being.

Complex Trauma Certification Training Level 1 & 2 (CCTP/CCTP-II)

*Coming Soon*

This comprehensive training provides in-depth insights and competencies related to complex trauma. It covers a range of critical aspects, including the interplay of trauma and the body, strategies for addressing traumatic memories, navigating disorganized attachment, effectively managing emotions like shame, fear, and anger, and fostering the processes of integration and healing.

Polyvagal Theory

Polyvagal Theory is a framework that helps us understand the pivotal role of the autonomic nervous system in emotional regulation, social engagement, and our responses to stress and trauma. It emphasizes the importance of establishing a secure and nurturing therapeutic environment to help clients in regulating their nervous system, fostering emotional well-being, and accessing their social engagement system, thereby promoting healing and resilience.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on accepting one's thoughts and feelings rather than trying to change or control them. It encourages you to commit to your values and take actions aligned with those values, fostering flexibility and improved mental well-being.

Natural Processing

Natural Processing is a therapeutic philosophy rooted in the belief that individuals possess inherent mechanisms for emotional healing and growth. By nurturing self-awareness and self-trust, this approach empowers individuals to tap into their natural capacities to navigate and resolve emotional difficulties, ultimately promoting greater resilience and well-being.

Models Of Therapy:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Polyvagal Theory, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SPI), Natural Processing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness.
